Tony Cunnane's Afterthoughts

Here are some of my 'afterthoughts', anecdotes related to earlier stories or events. The Menu at the left lists the stories mostly in the order they were written and with the newest story at the top. However, occasionally I 'promote' an older story if it is particularly relevant - as is the case with my Falklands afterthought, now near the top of the menu but originally written 8 months ago. At the top of each page is the exact date on which the afterthought was originally written or first published - that's important to keep the stories in context - they are, after all, afterthoughts and things could well have changed since they were first written.
